A: Each classroom size is limited to a maximum of 18 students and our average class has less than 10 students.
A: All of our classes start at 9:00 am and run up to 4:30 pm, with 30 minute lunch break.
A: You do not need to bring your own notebook, since we provide a notebook computer to each student, for the duration of the class, running a current version of the software. You may wish to print out and bring with you the class outline from our website, if you wish to be taking notes during the class. While we recommend that students minimize their own note-taking during our hands-on learning training classes, some students still prefer having the option of using a course outline printout for taking their own notes. Students are also responsible for providing their own meal and beverage.
A: No, students are responsible for providing their own meal and beverage. Besides bringing your own lunch, there is often the possibility of purchasing your lunch during the lunch break, directly at the training site, or in its immediate neighborhood. If you plan to purchase your own lunch, you may wish to contact the training site ahead of time to confirm your onsite lunch purchasing options.

With our hands-on learning approach, we encourage students to learn by doing, instead of just taking notes. Students are of course free to print the topic outline from the website and bring it with them to the classroom for taking their own notes, if they feel a need to do so.

After registering for any of our classes online, a confirmation receipt will be shown on your screen and a copy of the receipt will be emailed to your email address. Ensure to check the receipt for any discrepancies and retain a copy as proof of your registration.
